Is any of that increase conversion of warrants?

There is no way to know. But in the past warrant conversion has tended to go up when the price was in the high 20's or above.

Debt conversion is one other possibility. It is also possibility that they are so cash strapped they are using shares to pay the outside parties they have working on the SAP.
