This is an interesting development, and in an odd way, welcomed; although I respect the Monas for creating a viable business, it appears that too many thought that Jr still was privy to confidential information through III. Good to see a clear separation; hopefully this will bee seen as a positive by the naysayers..

3. The Motion to Withdraw is based upon the decision by CV Sciences and the Monas
mutual decision to divest their business and legal interests.
4. CV Sciences and the other named defendants shall continue to be represented by
Procopio with the Monas continuing to be represented by Marquis Aurbach Coffing.
