According to our agreement with Eontec, if they hold a contract and produce for the US, sales go to LiquidMetal.

Are you referring to the PLA when you referenced "our agreement"? If so, please tell me what section supports what you assert. There is NOTHING in the PLA regarding sales or licensing. There is only provisions about territorial exclusivity and vague promises to respect such exclusivity.

That’s the framework. We need definitive agreement which details $ per unit produced goes to LQMt. Because LQMT is not a mfg but rather a licensable technology.
