Folks need to stop saying we must see form 3-5 for insider trading.

Henry won’t blow the lid on this and raise values with that form unless he is required to do so.

This will impact the buyback and cost more out of his pocket. I’m confident he holds more shares and is not disclosing it.

Seen this before and insiders always line pockets.
