Back 6 months ago Jacks1234, folks were saying the same thing you are. After all the kerfuffle and obfuscation we found VERB’s O/S was almost exactly the same (maybe off by a few thousand shares).

Nope. I'm not. OS is IN THE FILINGS. INSIDER share count IS IN THE FILINGS. S1 shows the shares purchased by former Sound Concepts owners. ALL IN THE FILINGS.

Most here would concur.

I could care less if the float was the entire 23 million OS. The ACTUAL TRADABLE float is 1/3 of that.
