It's not rocket science. We know the OS is currently in the 23 to 24 million range based on filings.

My links shows shares that are NOT BEING SOLD into the market, IMO. Almost 10 million of those shares being insiders and former Sound Concepts owners.

I feel EXTREMELY CONFIDENT those shares are NOT in the market. That alone brings the TRADEABLE OS down into the 13 million range.

Again, simple math here
