absolutely correct.




it stands to reason that some of the value of today's USSE will transfer to USSP. Prior to the dividend, USSE was going to get profit from both fertilizer sales, biofuel sales, and power generation. Now the power generation portion will go to USSP, not USSE. However by splitting the two companies, USSE qualifies for increased opportunity for green tags and other credits, which can boost value of USSE. The question is relative increase in value for green tags and credits vs value lost for power generation which now goes to USSP. We shall see.
