We know that’s wrong simply because Rory holds 3.9 million shares and the Oswald’s hold about 4 million shares. Just those two together is nearly 8 million shares from 23 million = leaving 15 million.
I am part of a group of large longs that combined probably hold about 5 million shares. Add other longs that I know of as well, plus Chuck Reddy (600,000 shares), board members, employees and institutional investors and I think the float is realistically somewhere between 5 and 8 million shares.
