I appreciate what youre saying, its quite true. Most entrepreneurs also forgot any salary (taking basic life needs of course) until they become profitable.
The directors are way out of line taking salaries like that when they've accomplished nothing in 17 years. (Not to mention their golden parachute shares that convert , what is it, 53 to 1 or some crazy number).
Give them a living wage and then put that money, damn near 1mm $$ back into the company until they show what theyre worth really is.
