No way primary prevention label sends this up to $30 - too many retailers won't know what that means sales-wise. I could see maybe a $3-$4 pop (+15$ to +20%) on the news, but believe it will quickly be knocked back down - no way MM's are going to let all of those Jan call options expire ITM. Shorts will pile on at the top too, happens damn near every time AMRN puts out good news.
