The stock with the new share structure will be even more diluted than with the old board.

The board changes, but the stock price is still the same.

There's plenty to be excited about with $ACRL. New Board, Toxic Debt Gone, Working on Audited Filings & CTO removal, Future Drilling... If you want a sure thing, go pay $40 a share for an established mining company. I believe in Atacama and am patiently waiting to see where we go from here.
