Revance has more than enough money to let the stock run a little on the recent news and M&A speculation. We are trading with 0 premium to the share price.

I would have like to see the offering announced after announcement that the FDA has accepted our BLA and issued a PDUFA.

I do agree it does not change the long term outlook for the stock, but no matter how you slice it I cant give the company any higher than a C+ on this offering.
