Communication or rather the lack of his the number one cause of failure in any business. There has to be transparency and direction from any good leader. Leaders lead and don’t hide behind close doors, that never works, you should have direction and should inform your people and or shareholders where you stand at any given point in the journey. I personally feel that Henry severely lacks the quality of a good leader, even if he should pull this off and that’s a big if, this company will never reach its full potential do to the lack of a history of not communicating to its shareholders which I find to be a tragedy with so many heavily vested here and with so many high hope. I wish everyone the best and hope it works out for all that have a stake here, this is all just my personal opinion so take it for what it’s worth. On a last note I will also say with out risk there are no rewards, GLTA
