They managed to get off thanks to a technicality.

Again, our focus is off point, it doesn't matter how they got off, at the end of the day the judge dismissed the OIP, doesn't matter how it got to that

DBMM was late for 2 years , no “for years” conflation,because of mitigating circumstances which started by the SEC re audit requirement. Seems you didn’t read the Judge’s Decision, nor the Company’s Update today.

It is blatant bureaucracy to suggest one size fits all. Pass a law if you want to effect that event every time,

I personally don't believe it was due to a "technicality", but rather because of mitigating circumstances. (something we're not privy too)

The real reason for this FAKE witch hunt has become abundantly clear today, something I'm sure, you're more then familiar with.

This little grey Gem has an enormous price tag $$$$$$
And people who misjudged the outcome of the Court case stand to lose big time. ;-)
