It dropped because the new owner SCAM Smith had no follow thru. Also it Got revealed about last scam he did exactly same thing on - NOTHING. He pretends to own some wells but they are not functional or Profitable

This is a pure scam and tomorrow when nothing happens everyone will bail. Trips ahead.

It dropped so bad because it was pumped as a cannabis REIT going into this shell.
Once everyone found out that wasnt the case....well, you see where it sits now.
