RD, This is not what her first and second Objection or even her appeal is fighting for........She is not fighting for what you think. Realize she is fighting that the UW's in class 19 not 18 would get paid from LTI 1% of P's money 72 million......She is upset that the UW's moved from class 18 guaranteed money 24 million to P's not guaranteed to be paid in the LTI waterfall if it reached class 19 and 22.

Well, Class 18 is the last class to be paid.....Class 19 & 22 are not being paid from LTI........

So what does it matter, we all got 100% of nothing from LTI......

Her appeal, could take 6 months to years......who would care......either way the BK can still close.....no need to object.......if by chance her appeal is review and the bk case can be re-opened...all facts in the BK documents.....

Granted it may cost less than 10k for 10 years to store records...The money is there but it is up to the judge......If the judge is is even adequate than she will have the records stored...there is plenty of money left...including for their unkown billing for 2020...
