I wouldn’t expect them to ‘keep us in the loop’ to any more extent than they have. No company would. OTC Markets had a new request, make the date match the filings, I guess they submitted on Sunday and didn’t hit OTC markets until Monday. So they asked for a one day letter update. Pretty random but just life in business world. So they sent back the letter with the changed date.
My take would be if that’s all they are asking then straightforward and can expect to move to pink current quickly maybe tomorrow maybe Mon or Tues
Some MMs are certainly trying to take advantage and attack while in this state, ahh the games pink marketplace plays
