Why do you assume they want to sell the company?

I didn't say that I assume that they want to sell, I said IF they want to sell.

And Thero said repeatedly that their goal is to maximize shareholders' value (could mean GIA or BO). What happens if a company is ready to make an offer but the only thing that's holding them back is this case?

I am certain that offers will come very soon.
