I personally believe that they have continued to fight for this ticker to enable some kind of Corporate Action to be completed that can only be completed inside a listed company.

We just don’t know what that is at the moment.

However, as Asher shorted 300m shares, issued an unauthorised PR and literally tried to steal the company from the control of DBMM officers, here’s what I’m leaning towards - the company has some major news event planned that will cause such a brutal short squeeze that several traders who short stocks might become insolvent because of it.

That’s why I’m here to see what that news event is.

We can see DC has clients, business, revenue, employees and awards. Events back to re-audit requirement caused all the issues including SEC OIP. Once this is cleared, DBMM and DC will grow exponentially as they are setup for growth in the growing Digital Sector. DBMM coming back stronger after Asher litigation (now closed) and then SEC OIP (ID WON). Investment bankers are ready to invest big in digital sectors and DC is right there. That is why there is access to $3 Million in funding available after up list to PINK. DBMM is so confident, it even has mentioned to Judge that it will grow the company to benefit all the parties, including shareholders. And, that gives me a lot of confidence. And how many OTC companies have audited fins and have not increased their Float last 3+ years and many other points which I posted many times. DBMM wants to up list to PINK ASAP as they want to grow big. We can see that from SEC OIP documents. And they are taking care of their Qs and Ks. One small mistake and they fixed it in Amendment by themself. Shows they are serious to get this done.
