Are civil actions seeking a declaratory judgment of patent(s) invalidity or non-infringement, filed any time by anyone not a party to the subject case, somehow barred, post any settlement of this case?
You’re quite wrong about that. Anyone and/or their grandmother can bring any action they please. The only ones barred from anything are those whose specific claims have already been decided/settled. These very entities could still come after us for other claims.
