the OS is 412,226,498.

Restricted shares are 298,315,014

so, OS - Restricted = float

more accurately stated, AWON's float is somewhere between the last reported 10,583,860 (from 2017) and 113,911,484 (the unrestricted share count).

For my analysis on penny stocks and valuation estimates I always assume the float is as high as reportedly possible. So in this case I am using a complete assumption that the full unrestricted share count has in fact entered the float.

The float could absolutely be less than 113,911,484. We just don't know.
