I think there are shares that are locked up by longs making float tighter.

OS Restricted is NOT the float SMH. And we "do know" the float is less than the OS, it always is. Maybe in rare occasions it is equal to, but that is not the case here. Dixon would NEVER have picked this up if so. We shouldn't be arguing this lol
