I do believe if the RS goes through it is a positive thing in this case. This will only set them up to be able to uplist to a higher exchange like NASDAQ.

But the common thing being taught out there is that all RS's are bad. So, we will see a lot of ups and downs until everything is revealed of the overall plan.

Honestly thought this was a long term hold but I’m just going to play the averages here. Never had good lucky with an rs or holding for further dilution thereafter.

I’ve been in stocks that file for RS each quarter and never use it.

No need to RS when you still have half the AS

if they were really planning to RS they would more than likely raise the AS first

It’s just a tactic. No RS imo

Its all a calculated risk. What are the odds that they will do a RS in the near future? Frankly we don't know but I'm guessing it's 50/50. If an RS is announced what are the odds that the stock price will tank before the RS? Seems like 90% to me. And then, what are the odds that the stock price tanks further immediately after the RS? 90% again. This is all behavior that I have seen many times before. It's true that occasionally a RS goes through smoothly and the damage is not great and then it's all happy sailing from there, but the odds are against it. I think the best time to buy more is going to be after this tanks from a RS and i'm sitting tight until then
