This is their 2nd RS 14c filing this year, I would say, It seems to be a big part of their plan, for what ever reason. and this acquisition proposal doesn't seem like a reality, PACV has a market cap of Just over 1 million, with 4 million of debts, and its going to be buying an established company with over 30 Million in annual revenues?
