IMO, Roger will remain as CEO of Amil since each sub has its own CEO, Ambrose for gro3 and Ben for S&L. Ben will be replaced as CEO of Snakes, not Roger as CEO of Amfil. Now, when the name changes to Snakes & Lattes, who knows.
