Different parties have different perspectives on the WMB sale/receivership.

Equity holders believe JPM illegally acquired WMB using inside info and other nefarious tactics.

To those in authority and the LAW, the acquisition was all legal and above board...their opinions, unfortunately, are the ones that matter most.

The fact is that since 2008, 99% of our opinions, theories and/or claims have always been wrong!
