Oh my god. ALL STOCKS HAVE A MULTIPLIER.
That is part of being a stock. But you don't calculate a multiplier to determine it's worth. A square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not necessarily a square.
Revenue is useless if no profit. I'd much rather valuate based off net revenue. You can have a billion in revenue, and still may not mean anything.
