$ACRL already has filed various financials with www.sedar.com There's items uploaded as recently as 2 weeks ago. My guess is they are working on cleaning things up in preparation for CTO lift and are working on audited financials now. I'm thinking 2019 annual report will be audited.
Just an FYI, SEDAR (The System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) is a mandatory document filing and retrieval system for Canadian public companies.
