It’s possible the SEC might delay this but I think they want to get on OTC Pink as soon as possible. They have debts to take care and the ability to raise some cash. This entire effort to get this dismissed is for the survival of the company. A company cannot survive short $55K In Cash for losses every month no where in the world. So it’s make or break time for this stock.
