Good chance by Friday in my opinion. It is my first go around at one of these. And actually it’s all out first go around at one of these since DBMM is the first so never know what conversation and questions finra might have with dbmm before hand. Finra needs to request otcmarkets to update company to pink current thru daily list and they need to have form 211 done. Elks said that’s done. And it should be. Judge removed all restrictions. It’s more about getting the ticker re-listed in pink markets and filing the forms and dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. 20mil buys in the 6-7 range in last 3 days.
