You already know who is buying it. But they aren’t “buying” as their agreement is a collaboration agreement. The end buyer will not be known for a long time once the product is ready to for use. I would also suspect that there is an NDA if the end users is working with our collaboration partner to prevent corporate espionage.

No. It will take longer to harvest and reel.

We will be lucky to ship out in December, given the time it takes to harvest the cocoons and reel the silk. Depending on how big this crop is, KBLB may wait for a while longer to ship. Note the ambiguity in their recent PR's.

I hesitate to say. It depends on the business plan. If they make money on products sold then we might have an agreement to give them first batch free. We'll see.
