Stall tacic or trying to CYA in anticipation of their own shareholder lawsuits. Nothing more. We don't even consider it worthy of responding to:

"Because the case clearly does not warrant review by this Court, respondent ChanBond, LLC waives the right to file a brief in opposition."

If our lawyers aren't worried about it, I'm not either :) Hopefully the soliciter general responds in a few days, and then the writ is denied in a few days. I'm sure this will all be overwith before anything significant happens on the trial/settlement front.

Trying the certiorari route, same as RPX. This one has even less of a chance the Supreme Court will hear it.

Isn't ARRIS owned by Commscope long before that October, 2019 date?
