That would be the only money made here. But quickly followed by IBEX dilution.

Why would they even do this given that ENDV is insolvent? Spend a ton of money to potentially win a judgement that you can never collect?

Furthermore, ENDV's officers have director's and officer's liability insurance so suing them personally would not work because of limited liability as well.

Lastly, if Whelan died from the stress of a lawsuit then one could argue that he was not fitting to be CEO.

Best bet would be to sue for legal fees and maybe file an amicus brief in ENDV's lawsuit against KVP International, so that the patents can be invalidated.

Or maybe visit their stock board and voice your opinion.

I’ll just say that it’s good for this to be over, and whether this LAWSUIT had any bearing on Andy’s death is anybody’s guess, but it could not have helped matters. There needs to be some repercussions because of what ENDV did.

And I think that opinion wise, THAT BIEL’S LEGAL COUNSEL IS WEIGHING ANY KIND OF OPTIONS IT MAY HAVE.

If I were ENDV, I would settle it PRIVATELY with BIEL for around 50 million dollars, for what they had done, should be near 100 million, but word is there sort of broke. There still is some options and BIEL is not going to mention any part of that in their press releases, which is understandable. The only way we find out is whether it is found out on some court docket or ENDV’s press release.

Good luck anyway!
