Scruffer....about the trial date.....in real time I have a lawsuit against a person it was filed 2 weeks ago my lawyer told me .....I don't know at this point but it might be 2 or 3 months before it would go to court....so this is what I was trying to find out about our case....if no settlement or buyout happens and we go to court the court date could be 3,4,5, months down the road.....though someone may have knowledge on this matter....about my wag was just a fun thing to come up with an average from all the other wags.
