He bought the shares he hasn't sold them and there's been no news released as of yet and that's pretty ignorant on your part being he's the CEO of the company of course he's going to know what's to come.... It all depends on the moment an time he sells the shares if he doesn't sell them Sec can't do nothing to him... Now if Aurora releases major news of a partnership and the price runs up and he sells at the peak yeah he'd be in a little trouble.. But I highly doubt that's what he does ...
