Let's not 'hide behind Legalese' here! So, when has the Fraud 'been discovered'? And, which Fraud are we talking about here. The "When' & 'Which' are the Operative words.

The 'Original Fraud' of Insider Trading and also the 'Fraud' of Project WEST were 'discovered' in 2011? There are various statutes of Limitations.. I think for 'Insider Trading' it is more like 20 years, as I recall. So, we have a LOOOOOONG TIME still to prosecute these Scumbags.

And Then, IF we don't get the "F&R' promised to us upon 'Close of the BKs', then That is FRAUD ITSELF upon us, which, by your own definition of 'When it occured' hasn't technically Occurred YET! So, we will know within next 3 months, IF another MASSIVE FRAUD has been perpetrated upon us AGAIN...And Rest Assured, we will Have a VERY LOOOOOOOONG TIME for the "Statute of Limitations' to run out on that "Financial Crime of the Century"!
