Wow 1992 looks like they really had to dig to find anything. Will be interesting to see what our experts on this site think about the comparisons? Just from the surface it sure doesn't look like any of their examples have the same magnitude as our case does. Thanks Dilly!

I like the Shark Tank guy.
Just a regular guy.
Working hard, taking the time to research the patent.
Spending the money and taking the risk.
Assembling the magnets to his devices in his garage.
Choosing not to steal.

Kinda like the 3 inventors.
Spending time thinking about how to solve a problem.

Then, "the 13" from the big corporations steal from them.

I can't wait for the jury trial date.

Almost turkey time.

Thank you, Dilly. I thought ZW said the judge asked them to find a case or cases supporting their valuation theory -- the idea that the inventors were willing willing to accept less than $10M 8 years ago, so that's what the patents are worth now? The first case listed is a case that was overturned because the appeals court found the patents to be too broad.
