Yeah (especially since he was president of the private company -- according to the filings) … but the company hasn't made public the reason Vinnie has suddenly been backgrounded once they went public.
So … we all get to guess until they make a public statement (or an insider spills the beans, which may or may not be the equivalent of a public statement).
Last time I looked (many months ago), a google search turned up a corporate case from some years back involving someone named Vincent Cammarata who got spanked by a court for some bad doins, but there are a number of people by that name, and I couldn't find out enough about the V.C. of that case to prove he was the same as GSFI's V.C. [I only have google as a resource; someone would need a legal search engine to unearth sufficient details.]
