Thnx for the link - yeah, I didn't even know about that docket - it's just about an extension for the '146 patent, nothing to do with MRC CPs. Appreciate the help sorting this stuff out.

I think watching the CP to anticipate sNDA approval is an interesting idea, but I have a feeling they are going to happen simultaneously.In either case, the government being what it is during the holiday season, I think they are gonna drag their heels and take full advantage of the 3 month extension.
