I have no problem if the company gives/trades/negotiates 5 million shares to each of the investment banks or financial institutions which will become the company stock designated market makers.
These MMs will work for the company, grow the value of the pps, and negotiate as well with mutual fund managers.

I am telling you. It is all good.
