I said that meaning if the is no 75/25 split then Preferreds are paid first. If there is a split then yes the get paid together.

It's either 75/25 applies where Pref gets 75% of ALL returns and Commons 25%, OR APR applies where Prefs must be made whole first before Commons start receiving any distribution.

If as many believe here, APR applies and only $7.5B, or less comes back that means Commons get $0.00. You can't have it both ways!
