The only confidentiality agreement/NDA that still exists are for those contracts that the CCAA judge allowed the Crane lawyers to view and take a copy of. That judge told them they were not to disclose them, and that's because the other party (namely Vinmar) would not want the details to become public. That's it, there is nothing more "under seal." That's just another fairy tale to provide "cover" for the alleged other transaction/payment.
