Confidentiality agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements and court sealed documents tend to promote silence. The lack of leaks throughout this process has been shocking to me. If this were a straight bankruptcy & liquidation we'd have heard from dozens of insiders how it all went wrong.

Yet we have some no name, podunk company in California, with one patent, partnering with one of the largest chemical producers from Taiwan (recently purchased by KKR and all of them with ties back to the Netherlands) picking up the pieces of Bioamber... ONLY TO PRODUCE THE EXACT SAME MATERIAL that drove Bioamber to failure????

I think not.
