Hey Maddy, you should be able to trade with a "Yield" sign with Fidelity, but it will take probably another business day for their systems to catch up with the OTC information.

At least it will allow those of us with Fidelity accounts to buy more come Friday since the STOP sign is now gone. Hope this helps. ;-)
