The participants of the open discussion on Amulsar held in Jermuk on December 15 unanimously rejected the police request to clear the roads leading to the Amulsar Gold Mine so that Lydian Armenia Company, owners of the property in Amulsar can assess it. The participants agreed that Lydian Armenia should not be allowed to enter Amulsar area, and stated that the roads will never be opened. Local and federal officials did not oppose their statements.

Lydian International Limited (TSX:LYD) (“Lydian” or the “Company”) announced that it has received notice that the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) has determined to delist the Company’s ordinary shares effective at the close of market on February 5, 2020. The Company does not intend to appeal the decision or seek an alternative listing. The Company’s ordinary shares remain suspended from trading pending the delisting.
