Not at all.... whether a transaction lists as a 'buy' or 'sell' has nothing to do with whether the order itself was a 'buy' or 'sell', but is instead determined by the strike price's relation to the bid/ask at the time the order is executed.

Every transaction has both 'buy' and 'sell' participants, so the strike price vis-a-vis the bid and ask at the time of execution determines whether the transaction becomes reported as a 'buy' or 'sell'.
