Thanks for posting this.. IF this Thackeray III Bridge is the DST, then as soon as the BKs close, we should be paid our recoveries from this DST or some DST-- at least that's what LG has been saying...IF that doesn't occur like within 3 months of the BKs close, then we need to pursue our legal options to stop the "Fraudulent Conveyance of the BK Assets".
