false. the custodian was granted embr IT'S THEIR BABY NOW. PERIOD YOU'RE MISTAKEN... court status report is imo there has been some material event the court wants to know about possibly the shell being sold to an interested party.

once the shell is sold the custodian will ask the court to terminate the custodianship with the merging company taking ownership. the custodian gets paid and the merging company has a shell to access the public markets.
