Totally agree with you that a 12 to 1 reverse split was a cruel and planned way to get rid of retail and especially those of us who got their shares because they signed.
What part of, "what we believe does not matter", don't you get??? As far as the court and relevant parties are concerned, the GSA was F&R. All this reanalysis is pointless and changes nothing. If you and others choose to relitigate this issue...good luck with that!!!
EDIT: Shows how little you know....my posts can and will in no way affect anyone or the outcome. This was all finalized in 2012 so this dumb suggestion is just that...dumb!
