We don't know 2 of the 7 Aurion patients relapsed...we know that 3 dropped out between 24 and 48 weeks. We know that patients that reached CR by 24 weeks maintained CR by 48 weeks in Aura. We also know many pts drop out of LN studies because they're females in child bearing ages.
I think we will see a nice mix of races in Aurora, but I do think there will be a heavy percentage of White/Asian. They didn't decide to limit Asian patients, just those coming from sites that can't provide adequate care. I also think they enrolled a substantial amount of pts from Europe.
I also don't feel Glickman would've been so excited about the trial design/protocol if he thought a race imbalance could drastically sway results.
